Refund policy

Here at EVA, we pride ourselves on quality and service. We hope you're 100% happy with your purchase from evaresto.co.uk, however with regards to returning your order, you can find more information with our Returns Policy below: 

Unwanted Goods

Please note:
Any shipments that are refused, either while in transit or upon delivery will be treated as an unwanted return. In such cases, any shipping charges incurred to return the goods back to us will not be refunded. 

1. You have a right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods. Unwanted by definition is a product that is in "as new" condition. So a product that has not been used, test fitted or damaged. The buyer is responsible for return postage. For high value items, we recommend you send using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods with proof of postage. 

2. A product that has been returned as unwanted may be subject to a re-stocking fee to cover costs such as packaging, bank charges and initial postage costs.

3. We ask that once you have contacted us and we have authorised a return, that goods arrive within 14 days. We will notify you on receipt of the return and check all parts are present and review the item condition.  

4. Refunds will be made to the account used to make the purchase, we aim to credit your account within 10 days of receipt of the return. 

Custom Goods

1. Custom made/ special order items can only be returned for a full refund if faulty. If the product has been misused, fitted incorrectly or not assembled in the correct manner, we reserve the right to withhold part or all of the refund payment. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

2. If you find your products to be faulty. You have 30 days from receiving your goods to contact us where we can replace or issue a full refund.
