USA Orders Information

Looking to order our parts in the USA? No problem!

INFO ON TARIFFS IMPLEMENTED ON 1st APRIL 2025

As of April 2025, all Cars + Car Parts are now subject to an extra Tax/Tariff when importing from outside of the USA.

This means now that parts ordered from EvaResto in the UK to North America (USA) will now be subject to extra fees when receiving shipments.

These payments are due on delivery of all parts, and must be paid to receive shipments in full. Orders will be withheld by UPS until the fees are paid.

These fees are NOT set by or manageable by ourselves and are set by the US Government! Unfortunately we have ZERO control over them!

All of our suspension kits and parts are made to order, which means they incur a lead time for us to build/assemble.

As such, all made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases where the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

This policy applies to all customers, including those in the UK, US, and internationally, and does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

Before placing an order, customers must read and agree to following points;

Import/Customs fees/taxes. Fees will be payable upon goods arriving in the USA. This goes for any international purchase, and unfortunately is out of our control! And is payable to UPS upon delivery of your order.
You agree that by placing an order and accepting these terms, that any fees due because of import/customs fees/taxes will be paid and in a timely manner.
In transit, especially with larger orders - UPS may require an Importer Tax ID, this means they need either an Employers Identification Number (EIN) for businesses or a Social Security Number for individuals. You must be happy to provide this in an event where it is asked for by UPS.
USD$ to GBP£ conversion. This varies greatly as our local economies change, so prices displayed on our website may vary from time to time.
Tech support. We're always on hand to help with any fitting queries you may have upon installing your kit. We'd much rather help get a kit fitted correctly than hear of something being installed wrong and causing issues! We are available via Email and Whatsapp for all and any questions.
Lead times. All of our fabricated parts incur a lead time. A general idea of how long to expect is in the product description, however for the most accurate timeline, please email us with your prospective order and we will inform you of the current expected lead times.
Parcel tracking. Upon dispatch of your order, you will be notified of your parcel(s) tracking information via the Email address supplied.
Missing/Damaged parts. Should your order arrive damaged or with parts missing, these will be replaced free of charge or a partial refund offered to cover refinishing costs.
Product usage policy in the USA. The products sold by EvaResto LTD are intended for show and off-road use only. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow all pertinent laws with regard to air suspension usage.

As of the last few years our parts have become more popular in the USA - and you guys now make up a large portion of our customer base! We love sending our UK-Made custom Lowering and Air Ride parts stateside, and some of or all time favourite builds and customers, who have become great friends, are based in the USA!

We ship all of our parts to the USA, with exception to our fully-assembled axle setups. They're just too big and heavy to be viable, unfortunately!

Our custom-made Beams, Air Suspension kits and more are all available. All USA orders are shipped via UPS fully tracked and insured, and generally take around a week (not including lead-times) from dispatch from us here in the UK, to delivery to your door.

Our most popular product lines of all are our Premium Air Suspension kits. Unlike much else available, they are bolt-on, deliver fantastic results and are well trusted as a top quality and reliable system

We split our kits into Hardware/Chassis Parts and then Management, which consists of the tank, compressors, controls, lines and electricals. Extra parts to this include some of our mounting solutions like the 'Floater' Air Ride install base and controller/gauge mount panels.

To make things as straightforward (and cost effective) as possible, we refer all USA Air Suspension customers via Bagriders.com for the Management kit part of their air ride install.

The Management kits we have on offer here in the UK are all from Airlift Performance, a US company! Sending these parts back to the US is a sure way to add un-necessary costs to your order, so referring this part of your setup through a US company like Bagriders is the best possible option for everybody. The savings here are at least $200, so absolutely worth it!

Bagriders.com gets our vote as they're a reliable, genuine and easy to deal with company that offers a great range of Air Suspension Management kits and parts. All that you'll need to complete a great working air suspension system is available through their site.

As far as recommendations for what management kit to go for - We would either say the manual 4-way system for complete ease of use and reliability, or Airlift Performance's 3P system if you're looking for the bells and whistles!
