Bolt-on Link Pin (pre ‘66) Shock Relocators from EvaResto. No welding, cutting or drilling required or recommended to fit. Finally, a no compromises solution to proper Air Shock operation on Early style Type1 based cars.
Designed predominantly for use with Air Suspension (Air Shocks/struts/sleeve) setups, these Shock mount Relocators allow for correct clearance, angles and operation of shock absorbers. Vehicle weight is safely spread through the standard shock mounts and the shape/structure of the arm itself. A super snug fitment allows for a creep-free fit, and makes for a no maintenance fit & forget installation.
The lower shock mounting position is moved backwards, downwards and also offset, Giving easier lift, greater range and potential drop, and helping against potential rubbing/clearance issues of shock absorbers on trailing arms & bodywork.
Optimised for our own type Link Pin V2 Air Ride Beams and EvaResto AirSistive or Premium/Performance Shock Air Shock Absorbers.
Can be used on beams from other manufacturers/suppliers with other types of shocks also, however for best results, our own beams & shocks are recommended for a perfect fitment.

Please note! Air shock absorbers of any type should be inspected throughout their operating range and checked for potential rubbing or binding issues. These reloacators are designed to alleviate rubbing and clearance issues, but any good air suspension installer should always double check before road operation!
